The organization of this conference involves generating lists of people including registrants, speakers, and organizers. The lists are generated during registration on the platform.

Registered individuals are informed that:

• The purpose of processing the requested information relates solely to the organization of the OpenAlex French-speaking Conference,
• The purpose of the processing is to manage the organization of the OpenAlex French-speaking Conference (communication, videoconference organization, recording),
• The legal basis for processing is consent,
• The recipients of the data are the members of the local organizing committee,
• The retention period for personal data is for the duration of the OpenAlex French-speaking Conference until the completion of the final report and for a maximum of 1 year after the date of the conference,
• No reuse of data for commercial solicitation purposes will be carried out,
